That's exactly why every NEONOVA.me piece starts with one rule: it has to be light as a feather.
3–4 grams. That's it.
Our earrings are 3D printed from lightweight PLA, so even our largest designs weigh just 3–4 grams per earring – about the same as a sugar cube. Our Outer Circle earrings are 4 grams, our Full Circle earrings and Flora earrings only 4 grams.
We designed big shapes thinking about tiny weight. For us it is important you get the look of a statement piece without the pull.
Who we design for?
If heavy earrings hurt and you've ever taken off your earrings halfway through the evening because your ears ached, our lightweight earrings change everything. You can wear a bold 4 cm circle from morning coffee to late dinner and forget it's there.
If your lobes are sensitive or stretched. Heavy earrings pull down on the piercing. With only a few grams per earring there's far less weight hanging from the lobe, so many people with sensitive or stretched lobes find they can wear statement styles again. Our post-back earrings use surgical steel posts and closures.
If you don't have pierced ears. A light earring needs less grip. Our clip-on collection weighs just 4 grams per earring and comes with golden color or silvery color clips. (Clip-ons usually have a reputation for pinching and slipping – mostly because heavy earrings need a tight clip to stay in place.)
Light doesn't mean small
Being lightweight doesn't mean playing it safe. Our designs are bold geometric shapes, bright colors and big words like JĀ and NĒ. Most of our earrings are around 4 cm diameter, and many designs can be made in the size of your choice – just ask.
Made to last
Every pair comes with a complimentary case, so your earrings stay safe at home and when you travel. Each piece is made in small batches in Latvia, so every earring is a little bit unique.
